Beautiful beach front fully furnished 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo with fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico located in Panama City Beach Florida. Pinnacle Port has views of the Gulf of Mexico, Lake Powell, and The World's Most Beautiful Beaches. Camp Helen State Park is right next to the condo unit to the west. The large great room includes plenty of cozy sitting area while watching the sunset through the glass doors which lead out to the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook great meals during your vacation. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, a full ensuite bathroom, and large windows looking out to a wide-open beach. The guest bedroom has twin bunk beds, a full-size bed, and an ensuite full bathroom. Stroll the pristine beaches or take a short drive down to Pier Park where you will find great shopping, multiple restaurants, and plenty of entertainment for all ages. This ideal location grants you easy access to all of the best things right here in Panama City Beach Florida!

Pinnacle Port is a quiet condo community nestled between the Gulf and Lake Powell, Florida's largest coastal dune lake. Sit back and relax on the beach, enjoy some fishing on Lake Powell, or make a splash in one of our pools. Pinnacle Port Resort offers relaxation and security. Pinnacle Port guests get access to a boat ramp and boat slips as well as tennis courts, half basketball court, saunas, and even a playground.

"We had a great stay. Kids would have liked to have Netflix and other smart tv apps at night, but the adults did just fine Great communication with Dragon Fly properties! Would definitely recommend renting from them again!! We also enjoyed the daily activities! See ya next year!!

Wonderful unit and a perfect stay!

"The unit was clean, nicely furnished, and well-stocked. The view from the balcony is gorgeous, with plenty of seating for our family. We will absolutely book this unit again as we all agreed that it's a new favorite (and we've been staying at Pinnacle Port for years). Communication was on point and Sharona was extremely responsive and helpful when we needed to adjust our dates. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

"This beach has become our favorite place to come for a week away and this is the best condo we have stayed in. Well furnished with everything we need. Managers are easy to work with and very responsive. We rarely stay in the same condo twice but I’m already looking to rebook this one!

"Love this property and this unit in particular! Dragonfly Properties have always taken care of my needs during my stay. My only criticism is that the cushion structure and the couch fabric could use an update. We did notice a new easy to use door lock system as well as new curtains which were appreciated. "My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Pinnacle Port C3-401. The condo is so close to beach and had a perfect view of the sunset each evening. My daughter loved closing out each day at the 2 separate pools near the unit. The location is perfect. Within the gated Carillon Beach, we felt safe and isolated, like a private beach, but there were restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies less than a mile from the entrance. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Great Condo

"Unfortunately, the AC unit for the entire condo complex went out our third day on vacation but the manager of Dragonfly was very good about touching base with us for updates, working with us when we needed to stay elsewhere with our four year old because our room was 87 degrees. He was very understanding and apologetic, but most importantly didn't disregard the fact that it was our vacation and while it was out of anyone's control, he still worked to ensure we got some sort of credit for the inconvenience. The condo itself was in great condition and in the most perfect location! We love building C3 and the views are indescribable! It was perfect for our family of three but we could have easily fit a few more people with the space in the condo. Everything was well stocked and we would definitely recommend this condo, it's honestly one of the best in the complex and we've stayed at quite a few!
