Welcome to Sandy Shores 101, a luxurious fully furnished 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom 3-story townhome at the Shores Townhouses of Panama City Beach Florida. Upon entering from the garage, the laundry unit greets you to the right. Ascend the stairs to the main floor, where a full-size fully stocked kitchen awaits. A cozy living room adorned with three leather sofas and a flat-screen Roku TV invites relaxation. Step out onto the private balcony and unwind while gazing at the stunning Gulf of Mexico views. The first floor also boasts two full-size beds and a convenient full shower tub combo. Moving upstairs, discover another shared bathroom and a welcoming queen-size bed with its own flat-screen Roku TV down the hall. The master bedroom offers indulgence with a private walk-in closet, a luxurious private bathroom, and a serene private balcony adorned with four chairs.

"We had the best time here. We stayed a week and the view is amazing. There are some trees in the view, but you could still see the ocean. The property manager was amazing and answered all questions immediately. 10 out of 10 recommend. will be coming back.

"We've been coming to The Shores since the early 1990's. We love that it is directly on the beach. Three bedrooms allow our whole family to enjoy a few lazy days. We'll be back.

"The space could use some updates but the location more than made up for anything lacking. Right on the beach and right by the pool. Very low density area so no crowds at the beach all week long. We will be back!

"The location was great! We had no issues in the unit that interfered with our vacation. Dragonfly Property Management was awesome to work with! The unit does need a little TLC and furniture updates. The living room furniture is past ready to be replaced. The kitchen needs to be restocked. There is only one extremely large frying pan. However, the location to the pool and beach are assets to this unit. We would definitely consider renting again.

We couldn't have asked for a better vacation spot for our family. The townhome itself was well-kept. "Sharona was awesome to work with. She took great care of us as we were building a home and had to keep adding time to our stay. Very prompt responding back when I would send her a text. She's a great employee that you should do everything you can to keep her. As for the unit it needs help. My family owned a unit in the shores for a number of years and we have stayed in quite a few there after we sold. I have to be honest and say that unit 101 is the worst unit in the whole place. Again Sharona is awesome to work with.

"Perfect location!We had an issue with the TV. Management took care if it quickly. Sheets in master bedroom needed deeper pockets and a mattress protector would be a great addition.
